“Thank you. We'll now consider resolution 26-120. This is an agreement for a sales tax incentive with consolidated electrical distributors to offset expenses related to the company's relocation from Salt Lake City to West Valley City. The agreement would give CED 25% of the city's point of sale portion of the sales tax generated by and paid by CED. The term of this incentive would run out 10 years with a maximum of $9 million over that period. I will now open the public hearing. Is there anyone wishing to speak to this matter?”

We have five items on our consent agenda, including a grant agreement with the Utah Division of Arts and Museums, a memorandum of understanding with the Utah Attorney General's Office and three of our usual real estate purchase contracts and acceptance of easements to the council for discussion or a motion.”
“We have no need for a closed session, so we have one more action item.”
