“What have we workshopped here? All these?”
“These are the land development regulations. I just want to remind everybody that they voted 67% to whatever the other one is not to send every one of these things to a referendum. We've crossed that bridge. This would have been gone to a referendum if that craziness would have been supported by that's very”
“Can you quickly explain the ones with no issues? If there's no issues, we'll open the public comment period. And then we will vote on those one by one. And then if we need deeper explanation on something else. So which ones didn't have an issue? You can just list them.”

“Whenever it happens. Whenever you get the ad out.”
“OK. Raise your hand. Is anybody here for anything specific at this point in time? Or is this just entertainment?”
“Let's knock them out. ASAP. I don't think I'm doing my best work.”
“So what do we have to do to get to the executive session?”
“You have to agree. Thank you all. Thank you. I don't know why you're all here.”
“Anybody here on tab 13 wants to speak? What's tab 13? Chapter 2. Chapter 2. All right, nobody. We're going to close the public hearing. Do we have a motion on tab 13? I'll move. All right, do we have a second? Who moved? Second. Ariel moved. Fairman seconded. Call the question, please.”
“All right. Anybody here want to speak on Tab 15? Seeing none, we'll close.”
“All right. Seeing none, we'll close it. Do we have a motion? So moved. All right. All right. Fairman and then Jerry seconded it. All right. Caller.”
“All right, anybody want to speak on 16? So none. We'll close it.”
