“Councilman Garcia. I'd just like to bring out, I don't know if anyone saw Harvey Road, but the Highway Department did an incredible job. Two days, very little inconvenience as far as I could tell. I drove by a few times and they were hammering it out. So great work from the Highway Department. And tomorrow is National Night Out. I will let Councilwoman We'll talk about it because she's the big driver and she's been spending time. Can't wait to be good about it.”
