“OK, I just want to make it clear that this is as a steward of safeguarding elections. I would much rather have all offers available for every voter in the city, but the reality is that just with 53 days and everything you just mentioned, the vote by mail is the only option that we have available with this short time. OK, alright. Well, hopefully if the county allows us putting a table in each one of these vote centers would be a huge opportunity. Thank you.”

“Yeah, I'm with my council colleagues in solidarity on this issue when it comes to this, but to our city attorney's point, we've lost every step of the way thinking that we're doing the right thing here. At the end of the day, I'd be fully in favor of moving forward with this resolution and this process based on staff recommendations.
