“Well, before you do that, let me ask you this. You say treat, it's easier to treat. Do we treat them the same with like chlorine? Is the amount of chlorine that we use on ground the same as on surface?”
“My second question, you've forgotten it, so have I. Okay, sounds good.”
“in in preparation for that thank you uh counselor shumway the question that we both forgot was do we have historical record historical records of the recharge of the casper aquifer is it have we ever had a point where it's dropped and then not re rebounded or recharged”
“Your answer is the same as I get from all the experts. Nobody knows. For some reason, it never has been an issue, but nobody knows whether it's recharged with snowpack, rainfall, or if there's 20 billion gallons of water or 1 billion. Nobody knows.”
“Thank you, Mayor. City Manager, the question I have is, this was presented as artwork going on the easement that the city is in the process of obtaining and also on private property. Will all the artwork be on the city easement or will there be some of the artwork on the private property?”
“Oh, a follow-up? How long do we have the lease on the easement?”
“Thank you, Mayor. My question is, $300,000 is a lot for an elevator. I believe this services three floors. And what is the cost of a completely new elevator as opposed to refurbishing the old elevator?”
“Just one quick question. There was an agreement when the greasers had basic beginnings to where they had a reduced rate at the recreation center. Will Head Start have access at a reduced rate or have we communicated with them yet access to the recreation center which is adjacent to where their property and business is?”
“I know you're supposed to trim your beard, but would I trim my mustache if I were to volunteer?”
“I wanna thank Councilor Boling for all the work that he did on getting the Laramie Youth Council ready to go. I know the first meeting is now in October. Looking forward to meeting with them when they meet. That's all I have.”
