“I'd like to make a motion to direct the city clerk to return the proposed special permit back to the Planning Commission to reconsider the following conditions. A, the store will close at 10 p.m. B, the business will not apply for a tobacco license. C, no illegal drugs will be sold on the premises. D, no stolen goods will be sold on the premises. E, sufficient lighting and security will be provided and only permitted signage will be allowed. And finally, F, it will be a zero tolerance policy and the council will revoke if conditions are violated.”
