As the district representative for District 9 where this rezoning is located at, I will be making a motion this evening for denial of the rezoning request simply because of the commercial growth that we already have in District 9 and really wanting to keep that centered around the Village of Sanjur area and along Two Notch where we already have a lot of open, vacant commercial space as it is Per our comprehensive plan, we've talked about the plan to making sure we are keeping commercial growth in a designated area and not continue to sprawl out…”
