“I think that would be the... And what would be the time frame in which we would want to see that executed? Is it before CO or... How far are you guys from getting a TCO? Or do you have one already?”

“And our goal with the landscaping, whatever form it takes, would be to screen the loading dock and the west side of the garage. So that length, I don't know if that's the full run of the property or not, or a portion of it, what are we trying to, I just wanna be clear, but what our goal is that we're trying to obscure. Those two elements, correct?”
“Okay, so for the length of the western boundary of the property, it sounds like is the consensus here.”
“Well, you can get excellent care at South Miami Hospital if you do have one, so.”
“I think we need to make it a modification, because there's got to be a maintenance obligation on their part as well.”

“Do we want to specify a minimum height for the trees? Three leases tall.”
“So minimum made feed, is that what we're looking for?”
“No, no, no. That's what's on the east side. We're talking about the west side.”
“Look, the east side, honestly, I don't know if the height personally matters that much. You're talking about a, how tall is the first door of the parking deck? Not even 10 feet, right? Yes, sir. So I would tell you, if we're going to go for size, I would ask them to spend the effort on the west side to protect the residents.”
“So, okay. Yeah, they do. I call them a Christmas tree. They seem to grow quickly, and they grow wide. So I think they'll do a nice job of obscuring that frontage.”

“So, well, do we want to make the condition, say the recommendation, is that our arborist, their arborist, who do we want to rely on here? Or any arborist?”
