THE CONFLICT ARISES BECAUSE THE PROPOSED Vehicle registration fee would apply to me and my relatives who own vehicles registered in Washington County. Because this is an actual conflict of interest, I'm recusing myself from any discussion of this matter pursuant to ORS 244.120 subsection 2BB. If my vote is necessary to meet a requirement of minimum number of votes to take an action, I will vote on the proposed ordinance.”
