“All right. I'll repeat what I put on the message board. Well done. This is the best get real presentation on the CIP that I've seen in a long time, maybe ever. But what also was significant to me was the slide that you had that talks about the rate, where we set the rate, and how it affects this. And if the rate isn't high enough, projects are gonna be delayed or maybe not done. So that was huge, so thank you.”
