Yes, okay Because I was having some thoughts as it relates to what's going on in general with that community with a lot of new development coming online. And just wondering, a building built in the 50s and 60s, whether that warrants going through a restoration, or do we need to look more toward redevelopment in this particular area? So I raise that as a question. With the building being occupied, I would actually lean more toward the renovation and rehab of the project versus new development? I think it's a historic property.”
