“I mean, I'd like to see some comparables if there are from Miami Beach and nearby communities to understand what what's what are some of the averages around around the area. But I do feel like the numbers need to go higher.”

“I'm not. I think we definitely should go higher. My biggest concern over the past couple of developments has been that we've been leaving money on the table. And I know that we've been leaving money on the table for the last couple of developments. So I'd rather go high. And if there's a compelling reason to negotiate a little lower, maybe we do. But I'd rather go high. If it doesn't sell, then we can revisit and readjust as needed. But these are our last few TDRs. So I want to go high.”

“Six, I've spoken with Alba. I understand how important the records clerk is for her, how much she needs help. Yeah. Seven, nine, and 10. Those are my big ones. Community events. I just think that we can all challenge each other to fundraise the amounts to fund these events. Coffee, tea, those things, they're extras. Cola is important to me for all employees across the board. Police pay scale starting in October and records clerk. That's fine.”

“about 10 000 a piece right yeah i i really think i think each developer should sponsor one of these events that's that's my stance uh they have extended hours over the weekends to work to finish their projects and i understand when these these projects finished as fast as possible for our tax base but that's also a benefit for them to get these projects completed as fast as possible. We're not charging them for those extended hours right now, for working after hours or working weekends. And I think it's a great opportunity for the developers to be able to sponsor one event each. It's great…”

“We also have the Chamber of Commerce we can now leverage and I believe that there's enough substantial business interest in the leverage to be able to fundraise for these events.”
