They're going to have to take, it's going to have to be on a driver's license, these e-bikes.”

“Yes. And that's one point, but I've been bringing up a registration process like Key Biscayne has, Sunny Isles Beach has, where parent comes in, registers their child's vehicle, virtually. I was coming home from school today, right after dismissal, 2-10. It was not good. To what? They were, my video and driving does not last. Three of them were ahead of me. One e-bike, two scooters, two kids on the scooter. Right through the stop sign. They were doing way more than 20 miles an hour.”
