“All right, all right. So before I rescind my amendment, given that I do not have the support to pass it, I'm at least going to make my case. All right. I've seen the claim that my amendment undoes the ordinance, which I think is a bit of a stretch. Less than 2% of the parcels in Greenville County are publicly owned. Private property owners are the ones that have been abusing the system that we are now creating.
