“staffed right now isn't it i believe so yeah yeah they're all volunteers uh appointees that you have appointed so if you had a problem you go to and you don't like the outcome you go to the board of adjustment on a zoning decision or a variance uh two different things go to our board of adjustment all right so if the board of your if that doesn't go your way that's it there is because you're taking We got elected to be the city council that makes these decisions, and now I'm going to give my authority on making a decision that's currently the way it is right now back to an unelected official.…”
