  1. You know, I appreciate following the money and what we're going to be obligated to. But I also want to state that I've listened to your presentations. This is the fourth one now. And I think we've all felt that we receive a good value. I think our residents are well served. I've been impressed with... programs you've highlighted to reduce recidivism. I'll never get that word right. So I I'm satisfied with the service that we received. And we've just done some of our own bookkeeping and found out where we were short. So I appreciate that you went through the exercise to identify what you…

  2. I wasn't familiar with this. You said it reduces the cost by the value of the land?

  5. I'm surprised that granite slabs were a volatile commodity in 2026. So what in all of this, and it's millions of dollars, what was outside of our decision control? What costs went up that we didn't anticipate in this process? Because granite slabs is one piece of it, but I would think you have a pretty good grasp on that. What else surprised you? Because I'm surprised.

  6. It seems like we're getting a lot of preferential treatment then and higher cost.

  7. So just to be clear, though, you could not really engage in that level of conversation until after this bid process. You couldn't. Prior to that, you weren't able to have these kind of conversations to put them at ease or help them understand what this would look like?

  10. Does that put us in some kind of jeopardy where we're generating revenue from a for-profit organization as a government entity? Is that the issue?

  11. Where are we going from where we have about two and a half houses an acre? 3 to 3.5. Okay. So we're already. We'll be over $100 an acre then. Even at 35, right? Okay. I guess I don't really have a strong opinion. We're doubling what we're going to get right now. But if there's not an objection to 65, I don't have an objection to that. Yeah, I don't have a really strong opinion either way.

  17. That's a really good question. A lot of questioning. So the data that feeds into their system, is that exportable into something that we retain?

  18. So it may not be formatted in a system they go under. You know, we can't use their system to look through the data, but... could be then imported into something else.

  20. Well, there are systems for doing that. Andrew, I don't need to tell you about them. They do exist for the critical data. You know, that's something that I think you guys put together a cost for that. We decide whether or not we want to improve hard storage of some of that critical data. I really worry about cloud as a 100% solution. because of the volatility of those companies. They get bought up. They go out. They go under. They make a mistake and will pay the price for whatever it costs to rebuild that data, looking through the notes from the 80s that are wrong.

  24. Yeah, so this might be a question for Aaron. You know, my first concern was a four-time-a-day parade of buses and what that does for JCP. Can you elaborate a little bit? You said we were fortunate that we were going to get another access. And it sounds like Planning Commission asked questions about traffic flow. Just elaborate a little bit more on that.
