“Just a comment that this was part of the Midtown Complete Streets plan from years ago. I'm glad to see that those PSPs are being implemented slowly but surely. This one was probably one of the more... intensive improvement, so this long overdue. This used to be in the 4th District, and so it's still important to me, but that lack of sidewalk has been noticeable for a very long time, so I'm glad to finally see that happen, so thank you very much.
