Hear Nesbitt say it
Recent remarks that go beyond procedure, each playing at its second in the meeting.
Could we go ahead and rezone them if we pass it? I mean, even though he does not want it on here?
My question is going to be, without looking at pictures here, I'm trying to figure out, so they're the vacant lots is what they are, all three of them?
Because, I mean, if the city brought this forward, I'm saying this is probably the best for the city to have it rezoned to R6, even though it is industrial. I just can't see why this owner is abstaining to it.
Can you bring up the picture of that? Do you have those pictures handy real quick of those two lots?
One hour, okay. So we've got to have somebody within one hour that can respond to a problem.
Another big question is going to be that you probably do need to talk to neighbors because we get so many complaints about people running short-term rentals, about people coming in and out, and the neighbors don't know anything about them.
