Daniel, the question I've got is, being on the planning commission for all those years when we were going through that, redesign of the code, if I recall correctly, there were concerns from the city about flag lots in general.
Mayor, I'll make the motion to approve Ordinance 2026-2029 for the Vicinity Plan Amendment as described and submitted by staff.
Just maybe a question, because the way this is written is not to exceed 406.922.
She's looking for that, I think. what I'm sensing isn't necessarily the project being an issue, but the dollars.
Maybe a good thing though is you said originally the entire project was 980 something or other? and now it's 100 grand less?
