Just a quick point here. Last time, I think it was almost, would I use the word oversubscribed, but there were still queues there past 12.
Just to make a subtle suggestion, just stop there. Other cities do the same thing.
Maybe this is quite a big thing that you've just uncovered to say that part of the granting of the permit will include that these elements are taken care of.
Rather than going down that route, we could just ask a question to say that is there...
