  2. Yes. Thank you, Mayor Harrington. Thank you for that clarification in terms of why this amendment, I mean, this ordinance needs to be amended because I have received some complaints from residents where... Mm-hmm. either they are pushing a wheelchair or are on a wheelchair or trying to push a stroller, but they don't have an access to safe sidewalks, even though sidewalks are built, but they are obstructed by a vehicle. So this helps us address those concerns, especially those with special needs and families like mine who are trying to not, trying to make sure that we are using the…

  3. Yeah, this is a no-brainer, the youth diversion program. I mean, we talked about the opportunities for our youth. What I wanted to highlight with the youth diversion program that This program has served more than 5,000 young people, and more than 90% have stayed out of trouble in the following year. I mean, this is great. And this tells me that prevention can work, so I will be supporting this, and I appreciate the work that's gone into this.

  8. Thank you, Mayor Harrington. Chief, thank you for your leadership, and thanks to all the law enforcement here in the room and all the partners who are here today. I did see the U.S. Attorney. Thank you for being here and for your leadership collaborating with CMPD. We appreciate you. So if we can go back to the exception slide, because I am getting questions about, oh, my child is working night shift, would that apply? Or they have youth camp, would that apply? So I think I do want every parent to understand that this would not apply to employment activity or if they are part of some sort of…

  19. Yes, so since we are talking about fee in lieu, I would like to lift up one specific request that's been pending for almost a decade or longer. That's in District 4, and I know residents, this is right behind that pavilion amphitheater where the neighborhood has lifted up that request because it was between collector and the local street. So I would like to make sure, and I think, Debbie, your team has already looked at that, but there was no funding for it. But now with this fee in lieu, I would like us to make sure, because that request has been pending for many years, and the neighborhood…
