“I didn't think drilling would resolve the issue. It's a design flaw. I don't think they are not saying that's not true. I wish we could resolve it without spending more money.”

“there's a high high risk of that i get a high risk and i think it probably because it's uploaded to the cloud so it does open you up but i do also think if you take this away and you don't have anything in its place and he is he has something in his place he chooses not to use it does can he access it yeah all you have to do is contact johnson's controls and they can set him up with remote i mean sheriff barnes he got our last meeting he confirmed he says oh yeah i have it it's gonna set it up”

“Well, if you go with another outside company or other forensic auditor, the people can easily petition to have the state do it anyway. Well, for audits, I don't know if the state does forensic audits, but they could. I looked up forensic audit. Nobody really knows what it means. I called many CPAs. I called the firms. It's just an in-depth, because when Seacob, when the fire came, that had a, they did a Department of Commerce came in. I thought it didn't mean much more than an audit.”

“You should have everything they have. When I was audited, I had to have everything else, specifically how they wanted it. And I was so thrilled it was done in three hours. But they can do that. They should have it. If they have it already, maybe just remote.”

“Yes. And I'm going to leave because I'm late. And this last one, pay the bill. If you do not pay the bill, they will withhold your state tax, your sales tax. They will get that money out of you regardless. Pay the bill. So another reference, so I have to leave at 12.15.”

“are only to reflect exact wording of motions and action taken. We really have to leave out any personal commentaries or editorial remarks and I think everyone understands that you say it's going to be temporary. The clerk answers to the state law according to what is in the minutes and it should be only motion and action taken. If I get up and say I have problems with a road, it should be that brief. I have a problem with a road. Very brief, no emotional grief. So I would leave the minutes. I think they're fine.”

“Diane, you have an issue with that? Yeah, I wouldn't do it. Okay. You're going to open yourself up to litigation. I wouldn't do it. We had a contract. We had a contract signed by someone who was not authorized to do so. Yeah. Okay. I felt that. i don't want to set a precedent that that's okay yeah but i want to pay the bill because they did the job so they'll just put a lien on them they can't they'll get the money we'll leave that to the lawyers to figure it out but in the meantime um i'd like to have that hold and not pay it and until we get this result they did receive a letter from the…”
