“Thank you, sir. Appreciate your brevity. Okay, next question. You color coordinated tonight. Okay, that's good.”
“Okay. Appreciate it. 21 years of loyalty. That's to be respected. Anyone else on that roll? Okay, next roll. Sorry about our technical challenges. Normally we'd call you out by name.”
“All right. Next. Anyone else on that row? Anyone else on the back row on the left side? Yes, sir.”
“Thank you, sir. Anyone else on the left side? Butch, you don't want to speak? Okay. Okay, we're going to start. We're going to move to the right back then. So anyone on the right back row? Mark, you're not going to speak, are you? Okay. Okay, good. Okay, anyone else on? And the second from the back row. Yes, sir.”
“Thank you for being here tonight. Okay, I think we're done with that row. Next row, anyone would like to speak? Yeah, you just take a deep breath.”
“When you're ready, just state your name and then address.”
“Not good. Do you have a friend here? I'll get through it. Okay. I was going to have her come and just hold, maybe just put her arm around you.”
“That's what Nampa is about, right? Hold each other up. Okay. Here we go.”
“Thank you. Go ahead. There's a councilman. Just a minute. The councilman has a question, I believe.”
“Okay. Thank you. Did you want to speak while you were up here?”
“Okay. Just name and address, please. Thank you for supporting your friend.”
“Thank you. Thanks. No, no clapping, please. I will slap your hands, but we're not going to clap or cheer. Okay. I like enthusiasm, though. Okay, next row. Oh, you want to come up? Okay.”
“Thank you. Thanks for your time. Okay, I think we are ready to move up to the next role.”
“Thank you, sir. Anyone else on this roll? Yes, sir.”
“Thank you. Okay, we've got an hour and 15 minutes on this one issue, and that's very good content, sir, but I'm hearing a lot of repetition. And so I remind, if we have repetitions, I WOULD LIKE YOU TO SAY YOUR AGREEMENT TO OPPOSE OR IN FAVOR OF. SO THIS COUNCIL CAN MOVE ON TO A FURTHER AGENDA AFTER WE MAKE A DECISION ON THIS. SO WHO'S NEXT IN THIS ROLE, PLEASE?”
“Virginia, we have a quick question here from council.”
“Okay, I think the question's been answered the best we can.”
“And before we start the time, anyone that comes up, please answer Councilman Griffin's question. Sir, come on up, name an address and go ahead and speak. If you have an answer for him, if not, we'll just start the timer.”
“So, yes, we both feel about the same way. We need your name and address.”
“Yeah, and you have the same question? My understanding is the sewer, the water is going to be hooked up. It's a sewer. It's a sewer.”
“We will have an engineer speak to that. We also have our water person here. Go ahead, Councilman.”
“Thank you. And just I've been told it'll be maybe 10 years after I'm gone, but my understanding is the projection is the Napa Airport will double in the amount of planes coming in and out. So There will be a little more activity. Okay.”
“Thank you. Okay, we're for the first row here. So Cheryl or Patty, are we? Patty, are you going to come up? Okay. Okay. These people are passionate about Napa. They're here at most council meetings, so I appreciate that. There's several others out there also.”
“Yes, you do. And if you change it, we'll catch it. Go ahead.”
“Thank you. You're welcome. Three seconds left.”
