We have not surveyed their properties, but I would argue that's what they exist to do. And I understand. And when you speak with Director Friday, he will tell you, and he is correct, they have pretty extreme deferred maintenance concerns. They have a lot of property that they need. No one is debating that. I don't feel it's our job to survey their properties. We understand it's their job to take care of them. And there needs to be compensation to the city. Both of those things have to be true at the same time.
Yeah. So, I mean, I think the intent is to go back to the door to door model. I mean, you know, I think you all remember, um, the kind of door to door work that was done in 20, I think it was the summer of 2018 perhaps. I guess I should note that our team is going to Philadelphia for training on this. So this isn't us making this up as we go. That's why we got the grant. So we have funding to send them and have them trained with best practice here.

It's a four million dollar. Three million from the general fund fund balance and one million from the refuse fund fund balance. Okay. Both of those going into this newly created line item emergency management services from which we will pay all the bills associated with this event.
