“So I went in and asked Lynn six months before she left her full-time position. In the military, we have what's called a continuity book. Everyone has it. Everyone's responsible for it. If you were to get hit by a bus today, someone could come in and pull your continuity book and not maybe as good as you. I didn't even tell you what keys to hit on the keyboard to get to the super, to the screens you didn't get to. Maybe we need to implement that all departments will have continuity books for key one deep departments. A version of it, yeah. Obviously, big machine government can do a lot more.”
