So members of the board, Mr. Chair, members of the audience, with regard to the subdivision ordinance amendment, I move we follow the recommendation of the Staff and Planning Commission and we approve subdivision ordinance amendment label 159A-26 that will implement the recommendations of the 2045 comprehensive plan.
