And the last question has to do, going back to the price cap negotiation that the governor helped with over the weekend, I spoke with one of his attorneys this morning just to get some assurances about the binding nature. If this motion is approved, it's a contingent. Maybe you can just explain the motion one more time, if you don't mind. And what's binding? What's enforceable? It's my understanding from…”

“You're just taking comments and not votes? No, comments. Okay. Well, Vice Chair, that was amazing. Thank you so much for such a comprehensive response. “Just echo what Vice Chair said. Just thank you all so much for this life-giving and really life-saving work that you're doing. And I just appreciate you all so much. “Just real quick, we're honoring a lot of our first responders, and so several of us attended the event with the Raleigh Chamber, and then Apex had a first responders event that I was able to go to this past week. I was also able to spend some time with the Apex Rotary Club, which was a lot of fun for early, early morning breakfast, and then several of us went to a One Wake event on Saturday and had a really good, I thought, event with them as we continue to think about partnership with affordable housing in Wake County.”
