“Unfortunately, Commissioner Leo, we are not controlled with the school board. I just recently was at the Rob Richardson Welcoming Center. Beautiful building, and they're revising it to include We Share, but I looked at the hunk of land that it sits on close to Monterey High School. Unbelievable.
