With the changes regarding vacancies would be notified to the council in writing that when the Advising consent is requested that it includes the offer and the resume and that the rest of the information will be provided by the time that the packet is published. And the third item is that the interim under the interim vacancies section that we include that the council needs to approve the extension of any interim vacancies before they can actually be extended.”
