Stacy probably doesn't remember, but I found out how stupid I was the last time in the budget process, so I'm going to abstain today because no one has ever reached out to me from your organization to ever even make a little piece that I thought was due at that particular point in time. You don't remember the budget hearings where you made me feel like I didn't know one thing about what you're doing? You don't remember that? Because if you don't, I'll get the tape for you. So I'm going to abstain today, so I don't care what you do.
You know, I realize when you need it, but it says you got a million foreign assets. I would think you got a year in the bank already. I don't know the cash. You can argue that you need to know what the cash is. But if you got a million foreign, your budget's $879,000. God, I wish the city... The good Lord would give the city that kind of budget, so.
