Yeah, as I mentioned at Public Works, I'm confused a little bit by the purpose of the committee that we have here, and several constituents called me, reading the South Dakota requirement for such a group that oversees historical things.
I also am going to support this change. As I've reiterated many times over the past six or seven years, I first proposed this position the first year I was on the council.
That was sort of my bit of confusion as well. I've seen the matching funds coming from the city, and I agree that 100,000, we can do a lot with that.
