  1. Thank you, Council Member Stuckey, for bringing that up. And I know the Marine Advisory Board brought up the fee schedule. And I'm not really sure how the mayor feels. Anyway, I think that having the dredging continue, because we need that money, I am thinking I know we need all the revenue we can get, but maybe we can lower the fee to 3% instead of 5%. It gives some wiggle room. I know they're still not going to be happy, but this is money that we need to dredge. And we are doing everything we can to, you know, facilitate everything and think of ways to improve and put more money into the…

  2. Yeah, and I agree with that. I'm not saying that. I'm just, we're not going to be able to not have a dredge fee. I mean, that's obvious. We need that dredge fee. You know, and I've just brought it up, and if we have to do what we have to do, I'm not opposed to it. I'm just saying...

  3. Well, thank you, because that's more in depth. And I think people that are listening or here will understand clearly not just as a rate, but explaining that in such detail. I really appreciate that. because that brings more clarity exactly what's going to happen, because we're just looking at this, but we forget we have the whole picture to look at. So I really appreciate that, and thank you, Council Member Stuckey, for bringing that up, because that clarifies that now everybody can listen to that, people can understand better what's really happening down there. So I appreciate that. Thank…

  4. I did the walk on the marina, which was really nice, and it was a really large, pretty large group of people, and it was very informative, and I really enjoyed it. And I went to the festival that night on Friday. Friday I went, and then Saturday I did both. But I really liked the festival. It was really nice. I brought a friend with me, and she was really impressed. So we plan to go next year again.

  5. I just want to thank you for doing that, both you and David. You know, that was hard work to do the B&O, to figure it all out and put it all together. It was something we'd never done before. You guys did an excellent job in a very short amount of time. So thank you so much for doing that. We appreciate it.

  7. Yeah. Um, a few of the salmon have returned to the Marina. Of course the seals are busy, uh, but they are, you know, they are there and we are making some progress on and doing some work for the Marina. So things are going along really well and we're looking to Saturday's event harvest at the Harbor. Thank you so much.

  8. Thank you, Mayor Pro Tem Heisen. I think you're doing a great job of saying, okay, we'll do it because it's so short time. You know, we only have so much time and we know the holidays are important. That was a fact. And so, yes, it makes it a little awkward, but we do know from last year There were so many people out there. It was just like a mob scene. I mean, it was like, how can we find a place on the sidewalk? So we do know that that event brings a lot of people, and we saw it last year. And so I wish it hadn't happened this way, but it did. I think it's important for the community.…

  9. I have a question. People have been talking about a mosquito fleet. Is there anything like that coming along? Or is that private? Or how is that going to work?

  10. Yeah, I like to say I enjoyed the rock-a-thon they had up at Regency. So that was really nice to participate in that. And then down at the Windjammer, that was really great. And today I went to the Navy League, which was very informative. And so it was really quite a busy weekend. But I enjoyed all that. And it was nice to see everybody.

  12. Yeah, because there was something about how it fitted in there with the water and the type of material. So there was something there, so we'll re-look at that. Thank you.

  14. You know, and I do understand, Councilor Marshall, but the problem is we have to have something now. It's unfortunate. It's a very unfortunate thing. We have no agreement. We are lucky we weren't into an issue. We are into still a busy season. If something happens, we're on the hook. Yes, we're going to lose money temporarily. We've already lost money probably temporarily. But if we have an event, we are stuck. And so this is an unpleasant thing. But once we get the master fee, we get it the next year, which we're almost up to anyway or whatever, we need to get it done because if something…
