“Because one of the things that I'm thinking about is doing another. Once we have a package, I'm thinking we should do a survey. I think we should go to residents and do a survey. We already started a process where we said, if you want to use your blue bin for extra garbage, it's an extra $2, blah, blah, blah, blah. Maybe we need to think of what different ways we do this. And so I think that we should probably go back out and survey people and say, we're ready to go back to recycling. This is how it's going to work. Are you in? This is what it's going to cost.”
