Thank you. I'll start with my questions are coming from potential unexpected scenarios versus a suspicion that there may be a potential for a challenge here.
I think what I want to make sure is, excuse me, fees are not, there's $125 a day. So you're looking at about $3,000 a month for a corrective action plan being unaddressed.
