“Another silly question. Are you including Jacob's ladders or anything like that to support them?”

“Do you have to worry about structure integrity then? No, not at all.”

“I had one other question. Sorry, Rinaldo. For the garden space. It looks like there's entrances for pedestrians. Is it like an open garden? Are there going to be benches and things like that? Or are you not envisioning people actually using this space?”

“Okay. Yeah, I think it would be nice if you can get back to the committee.”

“I really think it's just making sure those vines are kept up properly. I've also seen failures of the vines and projects getting not approved because of that, and just making sure that the car's lights are able to be covered. Other than that, I think it is a nice temporary adjustment. I did have a question about whether, what happens, I guess the timeline, what happens beyond temporary if it does become a permanent fixture?”

“I'm just wondering, I guess, will it come back to discussion if it does happen?”

“I think also just really quickly, the garage has a fairly large span, so you will have gaps in there. So I do think like a Jacob's ladder or something along those lines would help. It's very thin, unnoticeable usually, and it can help with the vines growth.”

“Are you able to pull that elevation up so that he can see that? Yes, absolutely.”

“I had one question. You are calling off turf block. Are you imagining that extra cars will be parking on the lawn or...”

“And just for everybody, Jose is on Zoom.”

“I do have a question on the section for the mezzanine. Right now you're showing the slab pretty much touching the glazing for the facade. How are you having that react with the lighting in the evenings? It's going to be a thicker band, or what are you envisioning for that space?”

  12. Play at 30:53
“Especially right now, it looks a butt to the glazing rather than having a gap to allow for the lighting to continue through.”

  13. Play at 31:39
“Oh, no, I meant exterior-wise in the evening what it's going to have on the impact. Because we're not seeing really any night renderings to see what happens.”

  14. Play at 32:33
“Yeah, you'll start reading that mezzanine.”

“I actually had the same question, but it was actually for the roof detail, if you scroll up to the top of how it ends.”
