“Yeah, I because I'll be the few times that I've gotten in. It hasn't been like J.C.'s department. It's been a hang up somewhere else. So if we were able to figure out so obviously there must be something there. So if we could figure out a process that everybody speak in the same language and you know, if everything is, you know, goal tagged or something, you know, that they know that this is something that's a priority project. They have to move through it and, you know, get it done because that person is, you know, have that expedited service. I think that might be helpful. And so I…”

“This may not be something for you all, maybe it's something for JC or somebody else, but the DIY projects, you talk about hot water heaters. It just seems funny to me that in 2027 that we're even talking about permit fees for hot water heaters since nobody's pulling to permits for hot water heater replacements. We're going to Home Depot and we're buying our own hot water heaters and we're putting them in. So who is looking at these things and going in 2027, is this something that we really should be doing?”

“That's interesting. The two things I wrote down was PD and petition for review. Those are the two things that I identified as well. And I'm not on the incentivize, disincentivize, because of course this is cost recovery for actual cost to the city, these things. However, though, We do have, if we're going to be subsidized, then we can choose what we're subsidizing and what we're not subsidizing. And the petition for review is something I think that because of generally the folks that use that process, it shouldn't be so cost prohibitive that would so penalize the average citizen for…”
