“Devin, thanks again. Wonderful. Now, this is sort of a little question I'm not sure you'll have off the top of your head. But is there a way to walk us through the timeline on FEMA funding that we've received and that we are expecting to see? And if or if not, that's included in any of the numbers in the presentation today?”

  2. Play at 37:20
“Is there FEMA funding that we have received already or is that all in the future?”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  3. Play at 38:15
“OK, that's good. And I want to ask this question. As far as you know, have we received any disaster relief from the county up to this point?”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  4. Play at 38:36
“So I know some state funding probably gets redistributed through the county, is my understanding. So is it too hard a question? So what about county, state, federal hurricane recovery funding? Have we actually received anything from any of those?”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  5. Play at 41:36
“okay yeah that does answer that question now there was a presentation earlier this year about the 880 ish million dollars that was given to the county to distribute and that we were hoping to get some of that money is can you give us an update on that and is any of that in these numbers”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  6. Play at 42:59
“And that would be approximately $200 million distributed throughout the whole entire county then.”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  7. Play at 43:19
“So it doesn't sound like out of it $800 million that we would end up with that very much of that being one city and many in the county or we're still hopeful.”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  8. Play at 43:44
“So those type requests would be what type of things that we would possibly... We don't quite know.”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  9. Play at 43:53
“Oh, okay. Is it specifically supposed to be for then hurricane recovery or the money that they're talking about distributing?”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  10. Play at 13:36
“I'll just talk to PSTA for a moment here. So can we clarify in my mind what Route 90 is?”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  11. Play at 14:20
“The ending of Route 90 in St. Pete Beach or on that route that we're going to cut?”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  12. Play at 14:28
“Okay. And then... In general, I had a general comment. I'm living right there and past the place of County Park all the time. And it's very common to see two Sunrunners parked there for a period of time. And occasionally there will be a third Sunrunner that can't fit into the county park and it's parked on Gulf Boulevard. So that's blocking the bike lane and one of the lanes on Gulf Boulevard while they're waiting for one of the other two to leave. So I guess my general question would be, is there a waiting time that they have programmed into the route at the county park? Because our county…”

“Yeah, I'm just posing some questions since Brad's here. And I think that's something I would like to understand.”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  14. Play at 16:43
“Yeah, I understand how schedules can get off on something like that. But does that have to be the end of the route? Is there a way that we could make the service to St. Pete Beach stop there and then leave so that there's not a bus just parked at that place? And that would probably stop that whole problem.”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  15. Play at 17:24
“So there's only two stops on that whole route?”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  16. Play at 17:33
“Oh, recovery time. OK. So we couldn't change the recovery time to a different spot.”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  17. Play at 17:51
“Yeah, I think that would be a key improvement. So I guess that answers that question. And then that's it for me for now then. I've got a few more, but I'm going to. Commissioner Robinson.”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  18. Play at 25:14
“Well, let me ask, were there any stops to the south? Or was it really being served, I guess I would say?”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  19. Play at 25:43
“Well, was it stopping there? It just goes to the county park, and then they were making their way from there to the...”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  20. Play at 26:02
“So it's really the 34th Street people that are not being served at this point? Right.”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  21. Play at 29:10
“Nine months. And can you clarify where the, if they started in St. Pete Beach, what are the limits of where they're headed to under that program? I mean, how is their, what is their destination?”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  22. Play at 31:36
“Oh, okay. I'll go ahead and ask a question then. So thank you. I appreciate it. So just trying to get an idea of cost per ride. I'm seeing that, so the 7,000 number we were using, is that, what is the timeline on the 7,000 for the Suncoast Trolley number that we were talking about, ridership? Was that per...”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  23. Play at 32:07
“70,000, okay, yeah, 70,000, that's right. And that is for per, is that what timeline was that number for?”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  24. Play at 32:33
    “So $7,000 a month or $70,000 for 10 months.”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026

  25. Play at 33:07
“But it's only, actually, it's only 15% of that number, as I understood the way it was stated.”

    City Commission · Aug 25, 2026
