Metro Council - meeting_joint_regular

The Land Bank Authority approved three resolutions for property dispositions under the My New Side Yard, Lot on My Block, and Growing Your Neighborhood programs. However, a resolution for the Built Back Our Blocks program, proposing a new single-family home, was not approved. The meeting also featured a detailed presentation from Russell, A Place of Promise, on their community land trust model and the progress of 25 new homes on Elliot Avenue.
