Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission approved architectural elevations for a new commercial building and a childcare facility. They also approved a tentative map for 142 single-family homes in Miramonte Phase 8, a conditional use permit for a billiards parlor, and a conditional use permit for a new dewatering facility at the Truckee Meadows Water Reclamation Facility, which will significantly increase wastewater treatment capacity. Finally, a conditional use permit was approved for an event center.
