Location: 11136 Dollison Drive Request: Site Plan Review, Density Bonus, and Tentative Tract Map Request for the development of a 145-unit residential townhome condominium development (PLN-25-00133) CEQA: Statutorily Exempt - Section 21080.66 (AB130 Housing Bill) Recommendation: That the Planning Commission: Consider the resolution denying (PLN-25-00133) Site Plan Review, Density Bonus, and Tentative Tract Map No. 84963 based on the findings made by the Planning Commission at the July 15, 2026 Planning Commission hearing; or, Consider moving to reconsider (PLN-25-00133) Site Plan Review, Density Bonus, and Tentative Tract Map No. 84963, and if motion approved, consider moving to continue the item to a public hearing on September 16, 2026 for further deliberation by the Planning Commission of the project.
