Housing, Urban Development and Zoning - Regular Meeting

Four conditional use permit applications were heard. A convenience mart application was withdrawn due to a conflict over tobacco sales with neighborhood agreements. A 7-Eleven seeking full liquor and hot food faced resident opposition citing past nuisance issues. Applications for a childcare center, a retail shop, and a cafe were also presented.
