Board of County Council - Regular Meeting

The Clark County Council approved two ballot propositions for the November 2026 election: one for general obligation bonds up to $366.2 million for public safety and criminal justice infrastructure, including jail and sheriff's office remodels, and another for a levy lid lift to fund public safety and criminal justice operations. The Council also approved separating veterans, mental health, and developmental disabilities property tax levies from the general fund.
