Planning Commision - Regular Meeting

The Eau Claire Planning Commission addressed several key items, including a request for pickleball court resurfacing at McDonough Park, which was added to the Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan. The Commission also denied a conditional use permit for an oversized detached garage due to neighborhood impact concerns, but approved a similar permit for another detached garage with a screening condition. Additionally, a site plan for a new twin home development was approved with an amendment to create more open space, and plans for a rehabilitation hospital and a hotel were also approved.
