Community Investment and Infrastructure, Commission - Regular Meeting

The Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure approved a personal services contract for infrastructure support in the Hunters Point Shipyard and Candlestick Point project areas. They also approved the final steps for issuing tax allocation bonds to finance affordable housing, primarily for the Mission Bay South Block 4 East project. Additionally, the Commission approved several amendments and designs for the Mission Bay South Block 4 East affordable housing project, which will provide nearly 400 units.
