City Council - Regular Meeting

The Tulare City Council held a special meeting to discuss the potential development of a regional sportsplex, followed by a regular meeting where they recognized Tulare County Teacher of the Year Heather Silva and addressed several public hearings and general business items, including amendments to the Consolidated Plan and Action Plan, establishment of assessment districts, fire code adoption, and a zone amendment for a mixed-use development. The Council also discussed a proposed sales tax measure, homelessness funding legislation, traffic calming on Cross Avenue, and the relocation of the B-17 bomber and F-4 Phantom.
