The Zoning Administrator approved three commercial vacation rental permits, including one after-the-fact permit to clear a code enforcement case, and continued one item to a date uncertain. A permit for the Coastlands Mutual Water Company to construct retaining walls and address development on slopes and near environmentally sensitive areas was also approved.
