Project Description: Combined Development Permit consisting of: 1) Administrative Permit and Design Approval to allow construction of 215 linear feet of site retaining walls ranging in height from 5 to 9.5 feet and driveway improvements to access a future single-family dwelling; 2) Use Permit to allow development on slopes exceeding 25 percent; and 3) Use Permit to allow the removal of eleven (11) protected Coast Live Oak trees and five (5) non-protected Monterey Pine trees, for a total of sixteen (16) trees.
