Housing, Urban Development and Zoning - Regular Meeting

The Housing, Urban Development and Zoning meeting addressed four conditional use permit applications. One application for a home daycare was continued, while applications for a community sewing center expansion, an audio equipment retail and repair shop, and a cellular technology store with convenience items were heard. A fourth application for a second-stage housing facility was also heard. The final application for a smoke shop was called but received no response.
