Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission addressed an appeal to remove a property from the Historic Resource Inventory, which was denied, and approved a conditional use permit for a bank. The Commission also continued a request for a new single-family residence to a future meeting for further review of design and privacy concerns. Additionally, the Commission discussed and approved a capital improvement program budget and continued the discussion on a conditional use permit for a religious institution to a special meeting on May 21st.
