Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The San Joaquin Planning Commission approved two non-contested agenda items and a General Plan Amendment. However, a Conditional Use Permit for a solar energy system was denied due to concerns about its impact on the surrounding agricultural community and incompatibility with the neighborhood. Another Conditional Use Permit for a religious assembly facility was approved despite concerns about flood hazards and land use compatibility.
